Job Responsibilities

1. Cooperate with multiple teams (R&D, operations, marketing, design, etc.) across departments to develop user community centric strategies and content activities for related projects;

2. Develop and implement community content strategies that support the company's overall overseas marketing strategy, and create compelling viral community content in different overseas community channels to attract, interact, and motivate game fans;

3. Create and manage the planning, planning, execution, and acceptance of online and offline community activities and content; Manage the user community of the game, including its official website, forums, and overseas social media channels, and complete the writing, operation, and maintenance of daily content on time and with high quality;

4. Develop and report community related KPIs to demonstrate the success and ROI of community operation plans and content, and produce and manage periodic internal reports related to community operations;

5. Independent planning or production of different types of complete overseas community content, including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, live streaming, activities, etc., daily management and coordination of community hot topics, including new version content promotion, crisis management, festival operations, and other events;

6. Communicate directly with players in the form of one-to-many and one-to-one every day, encourage community discussions and UGC participation, maintain a good interactive atmosphere and user education, handle user feedback, make statistics and reports;

7. Identify and maintain relationships with major communities KOL/Cyber Red, and contribute to the development of the community;

8. Create resources and content for the player community, such as tutorials, videos, FAQs, wikis, etc., to help enhance and deepen the player experience.

9. Complete other user management tasks assigned by superiors on time;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of overseas community operation experience, European and American study/work background or fluent English speaking or writing skills are preferred; (Need to understand European and American users)

2. Good at information search, love to pay attention to hot events on overseas social media, have independent thinking and planning abilities, and can create content for user discussion;

3. Familiar with overseas new media operations, active in thinking, strong in writing skills and story organization, and a keen appreciation of visual material planning;

4. Love to play games, have good game interpretation and opinion extraction skills, have a certain aesthetic ability in graphics and text, and be able to operate basic Photoshop with additional points;

5. Love the game industry, have strong coordination skills, and have a high sense of service, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.

6. Love writing, reading, thinking, interacting with netizens, and having a desire to learn. I hope I have room for growth in the field of user operations
