Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of game products in Europe, the United States, and overseas, and assisting in the formulation, implementation, supervision, and analysis of strategies;

2. Assist in the development and planning of product modifications based on user feedback and data analysis, provide solutions, and ensure that product data meets standards;

3. Conduct scientific analysis of game operation data, and seek various ways to increase the online number and payment revenue of the product, so as to enhance the stickiness of the product;

4. Coordinate planning and marketing, prepare the version for the game's launch, plan online and offline activities, and track the operation after the game's launch;

5. Analyze issues based on the online operation effect of game products, and provide optimization suggestions for iterative product development to improve the product operation effect;

6. Responsible for monitoring relevant game products in the industry, paying attention to industry trends, and timely adjusting operational strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in game operation in European and American markets; (Multi sector operation experience is preferred) (211/985/Overseas study is preferred)

2. Love games, have enough enthusiasm for games, and be good at SLG/card game projects;

3. Proficient in using office software Excel and PPT software;

4. Have a certain level of document writing and a relatively meticulous mind;

5. Highly motivated, good at communication, and good team spirit.
